This is one of our favorite sushi spots in Ventura County.  Staff is very attentive.  Yummy rolls. Perfect family setting and options for kids.

Restrooms are always clean.  To go orders always ready as promised.

I've been to this establishment ever so often.. and since it's close by, and I don't wanna drive too far for the others.. I decided to order for take out.
Sushi is ok, nothing to be super excited about. For the price and convenient, it's 3 stars to me.
Rice a little hard, not soft and tasty like others. But for the price, I can't complain.

I like to eat at a location twice before leaving a review is usually my rule. Unless you blow me away the first time or sour my taste the first time. So my friends and I (party of 6) decided to try this place on a recommendation. The first night sushi was great service was a miss but the food made up for it. Towards the end a friend and I couldn't resist and smelt this awful smell coming from within the restaurant.

We went back on this date of writing. We walked in and smelt it again. Maybe it was just us. Today the floors were  noticeably sticky. Our party of 8 sat next to the restroom hall way. Boy oh boy what a mistake. Here comes the smell again. Thankfully the sushi was good. 3 stars for the sushi.

Service was horrible. We got seated right away but took 10 min for them to come take our drink order. As soon as we ordered our drinks we offered  our food because we knew they would take forever to come back. Our sushi rolls came out quick, they were ok. We got the baked crawfish roll wich was over baked, the golden tiger was delicious tho. They never came to ask if we needed a refill on our drinks my husband had to waive down the waitress. They never brought the check to pay we had to get up to pay. My husband stood in line for 5 min before someone acknowledged him.

I came here because I was craving noodles, which is a comfort food to me. Normally, out of ease, convenience & cost I'd go to Panda, but didn't. My dad was admitted the day before to the hospital, so this location was convenient to me, but what a TOTAL disappointment.

When paying for my food, $12+ for Yaki Soba, I told the lady I would normally get noodles from Panda, but thought this would be better. I ordered the veggie Yaki Soba, as I do not eat meat. I wanted to get veggie tempura, but it was $6.99 & thought that was a little too much. If I added a dollar more I could have had a whole bento box, so I left to get a side of veggies from panda $4, came back and picked up my noodles. I saw a styrofoam container on the table near the cashier & thought, "I hope that's not mine, it's far too small for the $12 I paid" and sure enough it was. Also, almost all the Asian restaurants I've been going to used these cool plastic black with clear tops containers for their take out to guarantee no spillage of food & sauce.

I had to drive back to the hospital, carry my stuff in & by the time I sat to eat my food, all the sauce spilled into the bag! YUCK! And on top of it, very little flavor in the noodles & hardly any veggies, which was the point of ordering VEGGIE YAKI SOBA.

    What a disappointment!!!

Posting pics to demonstrate what I'm talking about.
